Is there a minimum purchase?
No, we happily accept both single orders and bulk orders. No order is too big or too small!
Where are you located, can I come and see the garments in person?
Our office is based in Sydney however at this time we do not have a physical showroom open to public
Where do you ship to?
Great news! We ship Australia wide with Australia Post.
We offer Flat rate express shipping at $14.95 for all orders $89 and under
Express shipping at $19.95 for all order between $90-$178
we offer FREE standard shipping for all orders $179 and over
Do you offer pick up?
Yes we offer local pick up, contact the team for pick up location and to book a time if this option suits you
I've received a faulty item, what do I do?
We sincerely apologise that you have received a faulty item. Please contact our friendly support team via email at contact@inkspirethreads.com.au
with your order number and pictures of the wrong/faulty item within 2 days of receiving your order so we can
investigate further.
Please note: As part of the standard embroidery process, faint hoop marks may be present around the embroidery design. The garment is not damaged - these marks can be easily removed with a damp cloth or a gentle wash.
Sometimes the heat press can leave
the heat marks or the embroidery hoops leave an imprint. These will disappear after the first wash.
How do I figure out my sizing?
Sizing charts are available on every product listing. We suggest taking measurements of similar garments that you like the fit of and comparing those to the sizing charts. Please confirm your sizing before purchasing, as no exchanges or refunds can be made due to sizing
decisions.
Do you charge a set up fee?
No! We do not charge a setup fee. Our pricing is transparent, and the cost you see is the price you pay
Can you send my order as a gift and not add an invoice?
Of course!
Due to the nature of our business, we understand a lot of our customers are
sending gifts directly to their friends and family. Because of this, we do not
include any invoice in our packages.
Can you personalise an item I have bought elsewhere?
Thank you for thinking of us, but unfortunately we do not offer BYO.
What design services do you offer?
Our team will work with you to create basic logos, custom designs and more if required. We also offer basic editing if your artwork requires it. Please get in touch for further information
Can I see a draft of my design?
In order to keep prices down and our production smooth, by default we do not provide drafts of designs you have uploaded or chosen from our design library before production. If you would like to see a draft of your design/mock up please ensure you tick the box before adding your items to the
cart. We will then be in touch via email
What format does my logo need to be in?
To ensure high quality printing and embroidery we require all
designs to be in high resoltion PNG format at 300dpi. If you require further assistance with this please get in touch with the team.
I'm aware you create custom designs/logos, are we able to keep a copy of it to use?
For quality control reasons, we do not release files as each design is created exclusively for your intended order and ownership of the design/logo remains with Inkspire Threads. We will however keep your custom design on file for future orders.
What brand of apparel do you use?
We supply only the best quality apparel to our customers. We are an official stockist
for AS COLOUR, BIZ COLLECTION, SYZMIK and RAMO. If there is something you need that you do not see on our page, please check out the catalogues of these brands and get
in touch to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders. please contact us directly for a personalised quote.
Do you offer a same day service?
Yes, if we can accommodate your requirements we can add you to our express orders list and have it ready for pick up the same day or post the following day.

How do I care for embroidered apparel?
To maintain the quality of your embroidery, wash garments inside-out in cold water and avoid tumble drying.
Will printed designs fade over time?
Our high-quality prints are designed to last. To extend their lifespan, wash cold and hang dry. For further care instructions please refer to the pamphlet provided with your order
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of these garments being customised, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes to your order cannot be made after the order has been submitted
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, we stock high quality magnetic gift boxes which are personalised with the recipient’s name and your custom message at an additional cost. If you would like to add
this option please get in touch! Standard orders will come packed neatly.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not
arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can
track your package and resolve the issue.
Is live preview exactly how it will be printed/embrodiered?
Live preview is for you to see how your design will look on the garment. We will follow your selection of type of decoration and positioning. With embroidery we will use our standard measurements based on your design and garment size and for printing the maximum size will be up to A3. If you have a specific requirement please get in touch.
Can I purchase garments as blanks?
No, we do not supply blank garments
How long will it take to receive my order?
We endeavour to get
your orders to you in a timely manner however no set time frame can be said as
it depends on your order, your quantity, type of decoration, our order list etc. I f you require it before a certain date please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. We provide tracking information for all orders, so you'll never have to worry about where
it is!
Some of your designs in design library have a white/black background, is this how it will print?
No, the design you see with backgrounds are preview images. We provide high resolution versions with transparent backgrounds for printing, ensuring a clean and professional result.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays are beyond our control.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
6. Bulk Orders & Wholesale Pricing

7. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, logos, and images are the property of Inkspire Threads and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to process your order.
